In 1979 she graduated from the Moscow State University named after Lomonosov with a specialty philosophy. In 1987 she finished a postgraduate course of the Moscow State University and defended a Ph.D. thesis on the subject " The Formation Mechanism of Needs, Interests and Values of a Person and a Society ". In May 1987 she was given the academic status of candidate of philosophy.
At present she is a teacher at the Brest State University, the head of scientific researches in the field of social work in Belarus, the head of the Center of social assistance to the creative youth "Intellect".
The mission of the "Intellect" Center consists in rendering social support and assistance to talented young people in the development of their creative potential and realization of their abilities.
