Preservation of psychological and mental health of children is one of the priority orientations of modern psychology. However it is important, that the adults who contact with a child should themselves realize the paramount importance of psychological knowledge and skills and be able to bring up a child to take an interest in the inner world of a person, in its own self, in coevals, adults, in life as a whole.
The mental and emotional state of a child depends in many respects on psychological culture of adults. Due to poor psychological competence of the society, the grown-up people without realizing it, quite often transfer, "impose" to children their commonplace psychological notions of life which not always can be called true, reasonable, productive and effective. The adults themselves require knowledge of how to bring up a child, how to communicate with it, how to help it to study, how to teach it to resolve conflicts with coevals, to cope with negative emotions, experiences, in other words - how to bring up a developed, independent, successful and socially responsible person.
Therefore, THE BASIC PURPOSE OF OUR ACTIVITY IS DEVELOPMENT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CULTURE IN CHILDREN AND ADULTS.
